Fog Lights

I thought it was illegal to use fog lights when its not foggy. Its becoming quite hard to see directly in front of you with the more powerful headlights that cars have these days without the morons who insist on having their fog lights on as well and I wasn't going to mention the idiots who insist on turning their rear fog lights on when you can only see half a mile in front of you.
Oooooh I'm riled now!!!
