Matching Green Classic and Sports Car Club

Well ! All I can say is that I was taken back by winning because it was my 1973 GT6 mark 3's first outing to the Matching Green car club.  She is a fair weather girl. She took quite a while to find because they are quite rare, only 13k made.  I purchased her on 14/3/2010 from a 77 year old gentleman who lived near Norwich. It was his pride and joy but she had to go cos he could not get in or out of her. When being presented with the trophy unbeknown to Alf he was squashing my hand. He had a grip like a vice. What would I expect from a car mechanic? Her colour is Mimosa (not yellow) so she was named Mimi.
