If you are given the title of publisher you can submit an article. Its quite simple to do this. Firstly you have to register with the site by filling in the registration and login form on the left hand side of the Home page.
Once registered you will be sent a confirmation email as an acceptance which will have a link to the confirmation page. The User Menu will then change when you log in with a section to 'Submit an article' or 'Submit a web link'. When you click on 'Submit an article' it will bring up a form which you can then fill in with your article. If you want to add an image there is a facility to do so plus pagebreak and read more facilities. Usually its best to keep the Section box as Uncategorised and the Category box as Uncategories.
For the time being you will need to highlight the YES box on 'Show on Front Page'.
The Author Alias will automatically give your name.
Start Publishing will already be set but for Finish Publishing change the date to say 12 months time.
Access level will be Public.
Don't worry about filling any other details in because we don't need them.
When you have saved the article which is at the top of the section you have just completed you can then change the position which is up to you.
